Today -

The scenes of yesterday
Have melted away,
Dissipated into billowy clouds
Diffusing and dispersing into the
Light of a new buoyant today.

Eager to fully live this moment
I have offered my past
Into Your understanding hands.

No more bound by forgotten mistakes
I reach out to You
Full of hope, enthusiasm and anticipation.

This day is mine!
