Moccasins also provide a lot more support for the foot making them an ideal choice of slipper for the elderly. Slipper Boots A popular choice with women and made to resemble sheepskin boots. Slipper boots are more often found in a fuzzy or fleece material and come in soft pastel and neutral colours. Slipper boots have become increasingly popular since the developed of UGG which are essentially the same product and the harder soles that accompany slipper boots makes them suitable for outdoor use- just not in the rain! Slipper Socks Slippers socks just about make it into the slipper category. Slippers socks are much thicker than normal socks and come with grips on the sole to prevent you from sliding around. Over the years slipper socks have seen a surge in popularity as they provide the maximum amount of warmth and compared with other slippers allow you to wear them in bed!
