So it really matter of shame that neither ruling nor oppositions political parties, neither right nor left, neither Indian media nor media assessed society has raised the question of India’s international diplomatic losses occurred due to Volcker report’s miss handling by Indian diplomatic planners. Where the Indian have made error? 1. Then in international diplomatic circles it was open secret who and who beneficials were from oil for food programme, so they had to revise strategy as per new scenario. It may be tough lesson for Indians, who are supposed to play crucial role in global diplomacy in years to come. This type of tactical error can reduce the bargaining power on nation on different international fronts. So just going by the popular talking that India has to play important role in future world is not good sign for India. Time has given it a golden opportunities, it is up to them (diplomatic planners) to grab it both both hands, to make it following are some suggestions. 1. Clean and bold personalities should be encouraged to take part in international foras and faunas on behalf of nation. 2. On any global/international matter no person than specialized and authorized is allowed to comment on it (uniformity). 3. Diplomacy is a specialization profession pure political considered appointments can have adverse impact on out of any mission.
