Thy Neighbour

I would like to share your happiness,
I want to share your pain
I would like to be there for you,
when you feel your going insane

Do you feel happy?
or do you feel sad
Let me be there for you,
when things are going bad

This is not a love poem,
written just for one
It is a short message,
meant for everyone

Look into your neighbour’s eyes,
and tell me what you see
Love, peace, unity,
maybe harmony

These are qualities,
we are looking for
it is for us to have,
if we choose the proper door

Walk the path with your brother,
and let the sun shine upon your face
For if you could find greener pastures,
only then you will know your place.
