Remove the excess filler with the filling knife and with a damp cloth wipe the excess filler. One point to be kept into consideration with using wall filler is that it dries out quickly, So use the filler quickly and efficiently. If you make a mistake with the filler, it can be plucked out of the hole to be re-filled. Once the holes or cracks in your wall are filled, the wall filler will provide your walls long term protection.
